Prep vs. Gonzaga is one of the best high school rivals in the area, but in terms of lacrosse the Hoyas have had the best of the Eagles. Gonzaga was all over Prep with a 6-3 lead late in the fourth quarter and you could hear the nervous excitement from the Gonzaga bench, fans and family as this might be the year for a win over their cross-town Jesuit rivals. Then Prep turned it on and tied the game with 1:33 left forcing overtime and a 7-6 win. Gonzaga is a favorite of mine to shoot games with some great backgrounds and with 4:30 PM start some great afternoon light.
