JWHL Challenge Cup - Hockey Night in DC

Just finished covering the JWHL Challenge Cup with my PowerPlay Photography site.  This event seems to start my photo season with lacrosse right around the corner and the close of the basketball season.  Thanks to Kush and the Washington Pride for including me with his event team.  I always enjoy this tournament, these girls can really play some great hockey and they are all good sports and great competitors.   Check out the rest of my game photos here.  

JWHL Challenge Cup - Championship Monday

For the third straight year, the Little Caesars team made the championship game, this year against a very skilled Pursuit of Excellence team from Kelowna, British Columbia. The championship game was close and at the end POE pulls in front on a few break-away goals to win the 2010 JWHL Challenge Cup. Congratulations to the girls from Pursuit of Excellence and we hope to see you next year.  View more photos.
